Digital design.

Your intraoral scan is imported into exocad. Smile, occlusion, and tissue contours are designed against the patient’s anatomy.

Precision milling.

Multi-layer zirconia blocks and PMMA are milled in-house. Tight tolerances, repeatable margins, every unit verified.

Glaze & finish.

Hand-stained for natural translucency and gingival depth. Surface texture, value, and chroma applied case by case.
